File format

• Deliver your files in WAV format
• Deliver the files in the original sample rate and bit rate of the project (between 44.1kHz and 192 kHz)
• Make sure the files are at least around -1dbfs True Peak to retain sufficient headroom

Files for mastering

• Deliver your version of the song. This is used as reference
• Turn off any effects, compression and limiting on the master channel before exporting

Files mixing (and stem mastering)

• Deliver your version of the song. This is used as reference and for completeness of the stems
• Turn off any effects, compression and limiting on the master channel before exporting
• Ensure all individual tracks are clearly labeled and are complete

Delivery and reception

• All files should be compressed into ZIP or RAR
• The files can be sent using a file transfer service like FromSmash.com (preferred), Dropbox.com or Wetransfer.com
• Upon reception of the files and the starting of the project I check for completeness and corectness. It is possible that following this, a revision of files is necessary.
